Product information and prices

Read the description of the exact model and variant you intend to buy, including its stated materials, measurements, package contents and model-specific instructions. Ask us about any detail that is unclear or missing. Display props in a photograph are not necessarily included; check the written package contents.

Store prices are shown in US dollars unless another currency is clearly identified. Before placing an order, review the selected items, quantities, discounts, shipping charge and any other charges displayed at checkout.

Orders and payments

Provide accurate contact and delivery details, and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. Choose from the payment options displayed at checkout and follow the instructions for that option. Keep your order and payment records.

If an order status or charge is unclear, or you need to correct your details, contact us promptly with your order number and checkout email. Please do not send your account password or full payment card details.

Shipping and delivery

US-stock items ship the next day. This describes dispatch, not next-day delivery. For non-US-stock items, estimated delivery is approximately 8–15 days after placing your order.

Returns and quality-related replacements

We offer a one-year replacement service for product quality issues, in addition to any mandatory consumer remedies. Under our voluntary change-of-mind policy, opened products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. That restriction does not override any cancellation, withdrawal or refund right that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Opening or using a product does not, by itself, exclude it from quality-related replacement support.

Promotions and coupons

Each offer has its own eligible products, claim requirements, expiry and usage limits. Newsletter rewards and product-specific offers follow the conditions stated for the individual offer. Coupons cannot be combined when their terms prohibit stacking.

Check the discount shown at checkout before paying. If an offer does not apply as expected, contact us with the offer details so we can review the issue.

Accounts and reasonable use

Keep your account details accurate and your password private. Use the store and contact forms for legitimate shopping and support. Do not impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or manipulate an offer’s claim and usage limits.

Website content and intellectual property

Rights in website text, images, branding and other content remain with their respective owners. Please contact us before reproducing website content for commercial use. Displaying a third-party name or mark does not transfer rights in that name or mark.
