Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise total is US$50 or more after discounts. For merchandise totals below US$50, the standard shipping charge is US$5.
The qualifying amount excludes shipping charges. A discount can bring an order below the free-shipping threshold. Review the shipping rate displayed at checkout before completing your order.
Delivery destinations
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping option. Please contact marketing@secretrunk.com with your country and postal code if your address is not accepted or you need to confirm delivery availability.
Processing and delivery
Dispatch and delivery depend on the stock location stated on the product page. See the fulfilment and delivery note below for the difference between US-stock and non-US-stock items.
Before ordering for a particular date, contact us to confirm whether the delivery schedule can meet your needs.
Address changes
Check your delivery address and contact details before placing an order. If you notice an error, email marketing@secretrunk.com with your order number as soon as possible. Whether an address can be changed depends on the order’s fulfilment status.
Delayed or missing deliveries
If you need an update, send your order number and the email used at checkout to marketing@secretrunk.com. Include any tracking reference you have received. Do not send full payment card details.
Damaged or incorrect items
Keep the packaging and contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the item and packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for the next steps.
International orders
Before placing an international order, contact marketing@secretrunk.com with your country and postal code to ask about delivery availability, destination restrictions, customs arrangements and any import charges that may apply. Do not assume that every product can be sent to every destination or that an import charge is included in the displayed shipping price.
Fulfilment & delivery note
- US-stock items: Products marked as US stock on the product page ship the next day. This is the dispatch time, not a next-day delivery promise.
- Non-US-stock items: Estimated delivery is approximately 8–15 days after placing your order.
